Before you go
- A solo PvE build with enough sustain and area damage for the mobs you plan to fight.
- A mount, food and potions suited to the chosen route.
- A gear set and carried inventory you can afford to lose in a lethal zone.
Farming steps
- Choose a T7 quality 4 black-zone map whose mob strength your build can handle.
- Ride through the map and check for active camps before committing to a long clear.
- Defeat camp guards and nearby open-world mobs; take chest rewards and fame books.
- Check for a hidden lair and clear its mobs if the entrance and opposition make the detour worthwhile.
- Look for crate-delivery activities along the roam and complete one only when the route remains manageable.
- Watch the map and nearby players; leave or change direction when traffic makes the area unsafe.
- Return to a bank or city to secure loot before extending the roam.
- Open chest rewards and use fame books if combat progression is your goal; mob fame alone understates the route’s value.
- Treat the map as a set of opportunities, not a fixed circuit: camps and competition change.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat by choosing another active map and clearing available camps, lairs and mobs; each cleared camp or lair is a finite opportunity until it becomes available again.
Common mistakes
- Staying to finish a camp after hostile traffic arrives; disengage and protect the set instead.
- Roaming without checking whether a camp is active; scout first and keep moving if the route is empty.
- Carrying a long session’s loot deep into lethal territory; bank when the load becomes costly to lose.
When to stop or switch
Bank when your inventory or fame goal is sufficient, or switch to safer content if the expected loss of your set outweighs another camp.
