WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Episode 17 → Extreme Mode → H17-1.
H17-1 begins Episode 17’s four-stage Extreme Mode set. Treat it as challenge progression: use the displayed enemy information and map conditions to prepare, then advance to the next Extreme operation when unlocked. The chapter reference confirms the stage set, but this guide does not assume a particular first-clear reward.
Before you go Episode 17 access. Extreme Mode available in the Global event interface. A squad prepared for the enemy preview and stage condition. Practice Plans if you want to test a deployment before a live attempt. Open Episode 17’s Extreme Mode list and select H17-1 when available. Read the enemy information, map layout, and clear condition. Build a squad that covers the threats shown, including appropriate damage and support. Use a Practice Plan to test placements if the map is unfamiliar. Start H17-1 and adjust deployment to meet the displayed objective. Complete the clear and claim the result screen rewards. Return to the Extreme list and check whether H17-2 is unlocked. Farming tips Extreme Mode is challenge progression, so plan around the actual stage preview. Confirm any reward in the client after clearing rather than assuming a specific item. Repeat, collect and use First-clear rewards are one-time; replay only if the interface shows an uncompleted objective or other reason.
Common mistakes Entering without checking the stage condition; read it before deployment. Treating H17-1 as a normal material farm; use it for challenge completion unless a current reward gives another goal. Assuming it unlocks the whole set at once; check the map for the next available stage. When to stop or switch Stop after the first clear if you only need progression, or switch to H17-2 when it becomes available.
