Save Fault Finders for Trade
A base with a Trade Platform and safe storage for a Fault Finder collectible you have already obtained during exploration.
Before you go
- A Fault Finder collectible already in your inventory or storage.
- Trade Platform set up and powered for use.
- Storage for the exchange output.
- A specific resource target to select in the current platform menu.
Farming steps
- Place the Fault Finder in dedicated storage so it is not mistaken for ordinary research material.
- Identify the resource you need for a planned build or production chain.
- Bring the Fault Finder to the Trade Platform and inspect the available exchange choices.
- Select the desired target and review the live requirement shown by the platform.
- Load the Fault Finder as trade currency if the displayed exchange accepts it for that choice.
- Send the rocket through the platform’s exchange process.
- Unload the returned resource and update your storage so the spent collectible is no longer counted as available.
- Keep the Fault Finder until a real resource need appears; it is a rare collectible in this guide’s supported use.
- Use the in-game platform menu to resolve the exchange amount and availability for the chosen target.
Repeat, collect and use
This is a limited-use trade loop, not a farm that guarantees more Fault Finders. Repeat only if you obtain another collectible; each exchange consumes its loaded currency.
