Where to farm

WON Origin Shards are a crafting input for a WON Wandering Origin Crystal. Aphrodon Temple is a documented source, and its repeatable scarecrow encounter provides a concrete farm route. Plan toward the full recipe rather than processing every shard immediately: the listed recipe also calls for Caphras Stones and Magical Shards. The resulting crystal provides extra AP against Edanian monsters and monster damage reduction, making this a targeted progression project rather than a generic loot grind.

How to farm
Before you go
Unlock Inner Edania and meet the current Aphrodon recommendations.
Know the listed WON Wandering Origin Crystal recipe and track all required materials.
Bring a build that can complete the scarecrow and glowing-tree encounter safely.
Review the current crystal recipe and record the WON Origin Shard, Caphras Stone and Magical Shard requirements.
Travel to Aphrodon Temple and choose a documented rotation.
Hit the Goldfield Scarecrow to begin, then clear waves until three edge scarecrows activate the central tree.
Keep the tree glowing through its recurring waves and avoid the jumping scarecrow’s marked attack.
Collect WON Origin Shards from the zone drops and store them separately from shards meant for another use.
Compare your inventory with the recipe, adding missing Caphras Stones and Magical Shards from your own sources.
When the full recipe is ready, use the game’s current crafting or processing instructions to create the WON crystal and equip it if it fits your build.
Farming tips
Use the weekly offering when available so the same Aphrodon session can advance a limited shard reward.
Verify the active recipe in game before processing; recipes and region updates can change.
Repeat, collect and use
The shard farm is repeatable, while crafting is a one-time conversion per crystal you make. Continue only for additional crystals or other Aphrodon drops.
Common mistakes
Treating shards as the only ingredient: reserve the other recipe materials before expecting to craft.
Using shards without deciding whether they are for crafting or another progression: keep a count and target.
Ignoring the encounter setup: activate the scarecrow and build to the glowing-tree phase for the full route.
When to stop or switch
Stop farming when you have the shards and remaining ingredients for your intended crystal count, or when another zone better matches your gear.
