WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Build experience at Pool of Shattered Jade
Chapter 4, Webbed Hollow > Pool of Shattered Jade Shrine and the nearby cocoon cluster.
Before you go
- Reach Chapter 4 and activate Pool of Shattered Jade Shrine.
- Be able to defeat the local cocoon enemies reliably.
- Unlock Self-Advance to assign Sparks after leveling.
Farming steps
- Rest at Pool of Shattered Jade to reset ordinary nearby enemies.
- Approach the cocoon cluster beside the pond from the Shrine side.
- Defeat the nearby cocoon enemies, using attacks suited to grouped targets if available.
- Collect experience and any drops from the clear.
- Return to the Shrine and rest to recover and respawn the enemies.
- Repeat the compact route while experience toward another level remains a useful goal.
- When a level up awards a Spark, open Self-Advance and allocate it to an ability.
- The route’s main value for this guide is experience; Will earned is a separate resource for purchases and crafting.
- If the enemies are no longer quick to defeat, continue chapter progression for new encounters and rewards.
Repeat, collect and use
Ordinary enemies respawn after resting, so experience farming can continue. Sparks are limited by level ups and are not awarded on every clear.
Common mistakes
- Expecting a Spark per circuit; experience must first raise your level.
- Counting Will as level progress; Will does not buy character levels.
- Using the route after it becomes inefficient; compare the loop with advancing through current chapter content.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you earn the level or ability investment you wanted, or when the next level is better pursued through chapter progress.
