Before you go Complete the main story and reach the Tannis’s Lab mission interaction. Bring an endgame build that can handle a long gauntlet, platforming, and boss fights. Allow time for environmental puzzles and traversal as well as combat. Go to Tannis’s Lab on Sanctuary III and interact with the glowing Takedown object. Accept the Takedown at the Guardian Breach mission. Use the ship’s navigation console to travel to Minos Prime. Advance through Guardian combat areas, completing the platforming and environmental puzzle sections as they appear. Defeat the miniboss and continue through the route to the final boss. Loot the activity rewards and inspect them for the themed gear or cosmetics you want. Farming tips Treat traversal as part of the run; rushing jumps or puzzle sections can cost a life and force a longer recovery. Choose a difficulty your build can sustain through the entire gauntlet, not just its opening enemies. Repeat, collect and use The Takedown can be replayed for its activity rewards. The themed items and cosmetics are not guaranteed in any single clear.
Common mistakes Looking for the Guardian mission at the Maliwan launch point: accept this route from Tannis’s Lab. Expecting a direct boss run: plan for combat, platforming, puzzles, and a miniboss before the finale. Entering without a build suited to endgame combat: gear up and use a manageable difficulty. When to stop or switch Stop when you obtain the desired themed reward or when the length and difficulty of the clear make a shorter gear route more useful.
