- Progress far enough to access Herold’s vendor stock.
- Know the exact missed Iconic and whether its source is eligible for this recovery route.
- Bring eddies if the target appears for sale.
Farming steps
- Identify the missed weapon and confirm that its normal source was a fixed Dogtown placement or another supported recovery case.
- Travel to Petrochem Stadium and locate Herold’s Black Market stall.
- Open the vendor inventory and inspect the Iconic listings for the exact target.
- If the weapon appears, check the price and your available eddies before purchasing.
- Buy the target if it fits your goal, then verify it is in your inventory or collection.
- If it is absent, do not assume that waiting or repeating ordinary airdrops will change the vendor’s eligibility.
- Return to the target’s normal route when still available, or continue with another weapon goal.
- Keep Herold’s ordinary stock separate from missed-weapon recovery; the fact that he sells an Iconic does not mean it recovers every missable.
- The six recurring airdrop weapons are not confirmed as Herold recovery stock in the documented scope.
Repeat, collect and use
A vendor stock check can be repeated, but recovery is conditional on the specific weapon and save state. It is not a repeatable source of every Dogtown drop.
