Before you go
- Access to the active Witching Hour event and the Alert’s participation gate.
- A group or matchmaking eligibility for the seasonal Alert.
- A build appropriate to the available group activity.
Farming steps
- Open On Duty and locate The Midnight Masquerade under seasonal activities.
- Review the entry’s eligibility, difficulty, and reward listing.
- Queue with a group or use matchmaking where available.
- Enter the haunted nightclub and follow the active encounter objectives.
- Defeat each required group encounter and advance when the instance directs you.
- Complete the final objective and wait for the Alert completion state.
- Claim the Spooky Bites and verify whether event progress advanced.
- Queue during an event session when you can complete the full Alert rather than abandoning midway.
- Check the seasonal vendor before spending Bites so the run has a concrete collection target.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat while the Alert remains eligible under its displayed reset rules during Witching Hour, October 20 to November 16, 2026. Collect the listed 8 Spooky Bites per eligible completion and spend them at the seasonal vendor. Event track progress follows its own rules.
Common mistakes
- Entering a different nightclub activity: confirm the exact Alert name in On Duty.
- Leaving before completion registers: stay until the reward claim appears.
- Assuming every run advances the 20-day reward equally: check the event progression panel.
When to stop or switch
Stop after claiming the Alert reward and reaching your seasonal vendor or event-track goal, or when the event ends.
