Act 2: Endless Desert shops after each boss checkpoint.
Before you go
- Unlock Endless Desert and start a run with access to the shop.
- Bring a build that can reach the boss checkpoint you intend to farm.
- Identify the gear effects that would help your current character and route.
Farming steps
- Begin the Act 2 run and build through opening waves.
- Defeat The Cursed at 7:00, then inspect shop inventory for the new quality ceiling.
- Purchase an item only if it materially helps the run and fits your current resources.
- Continue to the Insect Queen at 14:00 if stable; manage obstructing helpers and defeat her.
- Check the shop again for the improved post-Queen selection.
- Reach The Djinn at 20:00 when possible, defeat it and inspect the final Act 2 shop progression.
- Return to town and equip useful upgrades for future Endless Desert or Darkmoor attempts.
- A higher rarity ceiling expands what may appear; it does not promise a particular item.
- Bosses pause timed minion flow, so focus on the encounter before planning the next shop visit.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the sequence per run. Shop quality progression resets with the run, and inventory is variable rather than a guaranteed list.
Common mistakes
- Skipping the shop after a boss changes the quality ceiling; review its stock at each checkpoint.
- Buying solely because an item is rarer; compare its actual effects with your build.
- Forcing the Djinn fight when the run is already failing; secure earlier shop access instead.
When to stop or switch
Stop after the deepest reliable checkpoint or after obtaining the gear needed for the next Act progression attempt.
