WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Worldstone Keep Grand Charm and rune hunt
Worldstone Keep Levels 2 and 3 in Act V, reached on the way to the Throne of Destruction.
Before you go
- Reach Act V Hell and have enough defenses for the Keep’s elite packs.
- Bring a build capable of clearing the area’s dangerous monster combinations.
- Carry inventory space for Grand Charms and runes.
Farming steps
- Travel into Worldstone Keep and proceed through Levels 2 and 3.
- Clear elite packs and dense groups while avoiding enemies your build cannot handle.
- Pick up Grand Charms that are worth keeping for identification or later use.
- Collect runes and other useful drops, then continue to the Throne if you also want Baal.
- Return to town and assess charms and runes against your character’s goals.
- If a magic Grand Charm is expendable and you want a random reroll, use the appropriate Cube charm recipe with three gems.
- Terrorized Keep areas can improve item and experience potential when active, but only farm them if the danger is manageable.
- Keep desired charms separate before using Cube recipes; rerolling consumes the input charm.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat as an area clear; charms, runes, and other drops are random, and rerolling a charm is a consumptive processing step.
Common mistakes
- Treating any Grand Charm as valuable; identify it and compare its actual mods to your goal.
- Rerolling a charm you wanted to keep; use only a spare magic charm and understand the recipe consumes it.
- Pushing into dangerous packs for one charm; retreat or skip when the matchup is poor.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have the charm or rune targets you need, or switch to Baal waves for a more direct experience goal.
