WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
The active Helltide region shown on the map; watch for Kixxarth’s horned-skull marker on the minimap.
Look for the horned-skull marker on the minimap to track Kixxarth, the Helltide Assassin, as it patrols an active Helltide. This is a named roaming-boss hunt, not a guaranteed route to a particular item. The Assassin can stun players and deal significant damage, and other demons may join the fight. Approach when you have space to move and can manage the surrounding enemies. If the encounter becomes unsafe, disengage and return when conditions improve.

Room to disengage from surrounding enemies.
Open the map and travel to the currently active Helltide.
Check the minimap for the horned-skull marker indicating Kixxarth.
Move toward the marker while clearing or avoiding packs that could join the fight.
Before engaging, create space from other enemies and watch for Helltide hazards.
Fight Kixxarth while staying alert for its stun and heavy attacks.
Collect the encounter drops, then check the minimap again if you want to continue the hunt.
Farming tips
Clear nearby threats or reposition so other demons do not surround you during the boss fight.
Retreat if the stun or incoming damage makes the encounter unsafe; return with more room to maneuver.
Repeat, collect and use
The hunt can be attempted while Kixxarth is available in an active Helltide. Its appearance and drops do not guarantee a particular reward, and the Helltide itself is limited.
Common mistakes
Following the marker straight into a crowded fight: clear or draw away nearby enemies first.
Ignoring the stun threat: keep space to move and avoid becoming trapped among demons.
Expecting a named item: use a Lair Boss with a matching pool for targeted Unique farming.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the Helltide ends, the encounter is unsafe, or the roaming boss no longer serves your goal; choose a more controlled activity for a specific reward.
