Collect fixed Ferrystone pickups while exploring settlements
Near the Grand Riftstone of Vermund, near Vernworth Palace Courtyard, and near the Flamebearer Palace Spellseal Door in Battahl.
Before you go
- Reach the corresponding settlement or region.
- Use a Ferrystone location marker to distinguish the pickup from nearby objects.
- Have inventory space for the collectible.
Farming steps
- Choose the landmark closest to your current story or exploration route.
- Travel to the Grand Riftstone of Vermund, Vernworth Palace Courtyard, or the Flamebearer Palace Spellseal Door as appropriate.
- Search the immediate named area for the mapped Ferrystone pickup.
- Collect the item and confirm it appears in inventory.
- Continue to another landmark only if it fits your regional route.
- Save the consumable until you have an active Portcrystal destination to select from the map.
- These landmarks are useful opportunistic pickups; avoid crossing regions solely for one ordinary Ferrystone if you already have reusable travel.
- The exact marker matters: a nearby Riftstone is not itself a Portcrystal destination.
Repeat, collect and use
One-time fixed pickups. Once collected, they do not form a repeat route.
Common mistakes
- Confusing the Grand Riftstone with a Portcrystal; the former is not a Ferrystone destination.
- Searching a broad settlement without using the named landmark marker; keep the pickup location specific.
- Expecting the item to respawn; mark collected landmarks complete.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the reachable landmark pickups are collected or when the detour costs more than the travel item is worth.
