Find the Ferrystone in Trevo Mine
Trevo Mine in western Vermund; the Ferrystone is in a chest on the upper mine floor.
Before you go
- Reach Trevo Mine during Vermund exploration.
- Bring supplies for cave combat and traversal.
- Activate a Portcrystal if you want to use the item as soon as you leave.
Farming steps
- Find Trevo Mine in western Vermund and enter through its main entrance.
- Follow the mine passages upward rather than stopping at the lower chambers.
- Continue to the upper level and look for the elevated ledge by the uppermost bridge.
- Cross to the ledge and open the chest containing the fixed Ferrystone.
- Check your inventory, then finish exploring or leave the mine.
- Use the map to choose an active Portcrystal destination when you use the stone outdoors.
- The chest is the target; do not treat ordinary mine enemies as guaranteed Ferrystone sources.
- After the June 2026 update, players who completed Seat of the Sovran can obtain an Eternal Ferrystone from Captain Brant, reducing the need to save consumables.
Repeat, collect and use
One-time fixed chest pickup. There is no supported repeat chest cycle for this Ferrystone.
Common mistakes
- Searching only the lower mine; continue to the upper floor and elevated ledge.
- Returning to farm the chest after it is empty; switch to another fixed pickup or a different resource route.
- Using the stone inside the mine; travel requires an outdoor location with open sky.
When to stop or switch
Stop once you collect the Ferrystone. If the chest is already looted, leave Trevo Mine off your farming rotation.
