WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm The wave selection screen for a map’s Survival activity, using a previously attempted wave.
A patch update allows Survival or Pure Strategy runs to start from a previously attempted wave. This can reduce the replay required for a late reward, but the selected wave must still leave enough progression to reach the target. Pet rewards remain tied to their map, wave, and difficulty, and the start option does not guarantee the reward.
Before you go Attempt the desired start wave at least once on the same map and activity. Unlock Survival by clearing that map’s campaign at the selected difficulty. Know the pet’s reward wave and whether the game requires starting earlier to trigger it. Open the map and choose its Survival mode. Select the difficulty and locate the previously attempted start wave in the selector. Choose a start point that allows the run to pass through the target pet reward wave. Build defenses for the remaining lanes and start combat. Repair and upgrade as needed while advancing through the target wave. Inspect the reward chest or drops for the pet and collect any useful result. Repeat from an eligible earlier start if the reward was missed or the run failed. Farming tips Some pet targets require starting at least two waves before their reward threshold; use the game’s eligibility behavior and leave a margin. Starting from a previous wave is an option, not a skip past the reward: survive through the relevant wave. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable after the start point has been attempted. Reward pets are not guaranteed, and some thresholds require starting earlier than the target.
Common mistakes Selecting a start wave beyond the reward; choose one that still reaches the target. Assuming the first start is always eligible; first attempt the wave to unlock it as a start point. Confusing the map’s campaign unlock with reward eligibility; verify the pet’s map, wave, and difficulty. When to stop or switch Stop when the target pet is claimed or switch to a lower start point if the selected start fails to trigger the reward.
