Where to farm
Across Tamriel from eligible monsters, crafting-material nodes, or heavy sacks after the corresponding Wing unlocks.
Luminous Ink is a Scribing material, but its collection sources depend on Scholarium Wing progression. Unlock the source family you plan to use, then gather it while doing other useful activities. The Ink is spent when working on Grimoires, so set a practical stock target.

A Grimoire crafting or improvement goal to set your desired Ink reserve.
Check which Scholarium Wing unlocks the Ink source you intend to farm.
Complete that Wing progression before relying on its source type.
Choose a compatible routine: defeat eligible monsters, harvest crafting nodes, or loot heavy sacks.
Collect Ink when it appears and continue the activity for its other rewards as well.
Return to the Scholarium and use Ink when crafting or improving a Grimoire.
Review your remaining Ink and adjust the next gathering session to your planned Grimoire work.
Farming tips
Do not assume all three source families are available at the start; Wing gates matter.
Monster kills and nodes fit naturally into other farms, while heavy sacks are useful when encountered during exploration.
Repeat, collect and use
Source activities are repeatable, but drops are not guaranteed. Continue gathering until your planned Grimoire work is covered; the material is consumed when used.
Common mistakes
Farming a source before its Wing unlock: complete the relevant Scholarium progression first.
Expecting every kill or node to yield Ink: treat it as a possible drop, not a fixed reward.
Spending Ink without checking your Grimoire plan: reserve enough for the crafts you intend to make.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your Ink balance covers the next planned Grimoire craft or improvement; switch to script acquisition if Ink is not the current bottleneck.
