WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Planet surfaces where collectible plants grow; the exact plants and terrain depend on the world.
Search accessible planetary terrain for collectible plants, identify them before gathering, and retain those with medicinal use for later crafting. Exact plants and availability vary, so use the in-game item information to determine what each find does.
A current medical-supply need or storage space for ingredients
Explore safe surface areas and inspect plants that can be collected.
Read the displayed plant name or interaction prompt before gathering.
Collect the plant using the available in-game interaction.
Review the item in inventory and identify whether it is used for food or medical supplies.
Keep plants identified as medical ingredients rather than consuming them for hunger.
Return to a base or vessel and store the ingredients for later medical crafting.
When ready, check the current medical crafting interface for recipes that use the collected plant.
Farming tips
The game includes rare plants for medical supplies as well as plants that can be eaten; use the item information to distinguish them.
Keep exploration harvests organized so medical ingredients are not accidentally consumed or discarded.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat during exploration whenever useful plants are available. Collection depends on finding plants in the world; this is not a guaranteed renewable production loop.
Common mistakes
Consuming every plant immediately: identify it first and retain medical ingredients.
Assuming a particular species or biome always yields medicine: check the actual item and world conditions.
Attempting to craft without checking the current recipe: use the in-game medical crafting interface to confirm the ingredient’s use.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have enough identified medicinal ingredients for your current crafting plans or inventory space is needed for higher-priority resources.
