Before you go

Farming steps

  1. Travel to Revelwood and use the terrain and map to identify exposed clay deposits; deposits may not match older route markers.
  2. Approach the vein and check nearby enemies or Shroud before mining.
  3. Mine the visible clay until the accessible deposit is cleared or your carry capacity is nearly full.
  4. Collect the dropped lumps and check the immediate area for additional exposed clay.
  5. Return to base and store a construction reserve separately from clay intended for kiln batches.
  6. Use excess clay for the fired-brick production chain when that recipe is available.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat the trip when your clay stock is low. Treat each visit as a collection run rather than a guaranteed fixed-yield circuit.

Common mistakes

  • Following early-access coordinates as if unchanged: search the current Revelwood terrain because 1.0 reworked deposits.
  • Spending all clay on building: reserve some if you plan to make fired bricks.
  • Mining with a full inventory: clear space before leaving so gathered lumps are not stranded.

When to stop or switch

Stop when you have the clay needed for the current build and a reserve for planned kiln use; switch to another Revelwood resource if deposits are inconvenient.
