Crop Planting
Plowed crop tiles on your farm. Select seeds from the crop shop and use the season display to confirm eligibility.
Before you go
- Unlock a crop through the shop or progression and plant it only in its listed season.
- Have enough coins for seeds and accessible plowed tiles.
- Know whether the harvest is for a quest, a processor, or sale.
Farming steps
- Check the current season and open the crop list to find eligible seeds.
- Choose a specific output, such as Wheat for a request or a listed production input.
- Plow a compact row or block so you can tend and harvest it efficiently.
- Plant the seed across the prepared tiles.
- Water the planted tiles to accelerate growth; unwatered crops still grow.
- Check back for ready markers and harvest the crop before its planting season ends.
- Set aside the amount needed for delivery or processing, then sell or replant the surplus.
- Watering is most useful when you can return to harvest sooner; it is not required for growth.
- Keep quest or processor stock separate from the portion you intend to sell.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat for each eligible planting window, harvesting and replanting while the crop remains in season.
Common mistakes
- Planting a crop outside its season; check eligibility before spending coins.
- Selling the entire harvest before checking requests; reserve the required quantity first.
- Expecting crop levels to raise XP or resource yield; levels raise harvest money only.
When to stop or switch
Switch to a currently eligible crop when the season is about to turn or when you have enough stock for the active request and production plan.
