Mamool Ja gathering commissions turn a short list of requested resources into gathering experience and reputation. They suit a Botanist or Miner you want to level while advancing this Dawntrail society. Because the quests draw from a daily allowance shared with allied society quests, decide which society to prioritize before accepting commissions.
Complete the level 90 unlock quest Cultivating Hope.
Have a Disciple of the Land job available and equip Botanist or Miner as appropriate to the request.
Have access to the marked Dawntrail gathering areas and enough inventory space for requested items.
Travel to the Mamool Ja quest hub in Yak T’el and speak with the available society quest giver.
Review the offered commissions and note each requested item and marked destination.
Accept the commissions you intend to complete, keeping the shared daily society allowance in mind.
Equip the gathering class suited to the request and travel to its marked site.
Gather the specified resource, checking the quest objective as you collect so you meet the requested amount.
Return to the quest giver and turn in each completed commission.
Confirm the experience and reputation progress, then check whether any daily allowance remains.
Farming tips
Gather only the named quest target; extra copies do not replace a different requested item.
If leveling a specific gatherer, take commissions that match that class so the reward advances your intended job.
Repeat, collect and use
Available commissions can be completed again on a later daily cycle, subject to the shared allied society quest allowance. This is a repeatable daily activity, not an unlimited farm in one day.
Common mistakes
Spending the shared allowance on another society first; prioritize Mamool Ja if its reputation is your goal.
Gathering with the wrong class; switch to the Botanist or Miner required by the request before harvesting.
Leaving before turning in; return to the society hub and complete the hand-in to claim the commission rewards.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the daily allowance is used or your desired Mamool Ja reputation progress for the day is complete; resume after the next daily reset if more is needed.
