Grand Company Provisioning Officer in your headquarters; use the item’s Gathering Log entry to locate its node.
Before you go
- Membership in a Grand Company and access to its Provisioning Officer.
- A Botanist or Miner capable of gathering the requested item.
- Inventory space and access to the item’s zone.
Farming steps
- Visit the Provisioning Officer and inspect the current Botanist or Miner request.
- Check whether the request has a gold star and review its displayed reward.
- Open the Gathering Log for the requested item and identify its zone and node.
- Travel to the node and gather the exact requested quantity and item variant.
- Return to the Provisioner and submit materials through the supply mission menu.
- Confirm the experience and Company Seals awarded.
- Check the menu again when its schedule refreshes for another request.
- Gold-star requests give doubled rewards, so prioritize one when the item is practical to gather.
- Provisioning missions have a distinct reset schedule; use in-game availability rather than assuming the ordinary daily reset.
Repeat, collect and use
Limited by the Grand Company provisioning schedule and current requests. Repeat when the next mission is available.
Common mistakes
- Gathering a similar item rather than the exact request; match the Provisioner’s item name.
- Missing the gold-star marker; check the request before choosing what to gather.
- Expecting repeat turn-ins in the same period; confirm availability in the menu.
When to stop or switch
Stop after submitting the current request or when no relevant request is available. Resume after its reset or gather other useful materials.
