- Use the cutter on the structure’s salvageable silicon-bearing parts.
- Collect the silicon that becomes available from the cut components.
- Check the rest of the same structure for additional suitable panels or assemblies.
- Store the silicon for the later recipes or equipment that require it.
- The evidence identifies silicon as typically part of these structures, not a guaranteed yield from every component.
- Plan the trip around another nearby objective if the structure proves to have little salvage.
Repeat, collect and use
