WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Farming route
Natlan’s tribal regions, where Sauroform Tribal Warriors appear in groups near waypoints. Use a Natlan route map to connect nearby groups.
Sauroform Tribal Warriors in Natlan drop whistle materials used for character and weapon upgrades. Clear mapped groups near waypoints, check that enemy levels fit the tier you need, then process surplus lower-tier whistles at an alchemy bench and use the result in the relevant upgrade screen.
Reach Natlan and unlock waypoints near the groups you intend to clear.
For Warrior’s Metal Whistle, target enemies at Lv. 40 or higher; for Saurian-Crowned Warrior’s Golden Whistle, target Lv. 60 or higher.
Have access to an alchemy bench if you need to craft higher whistle tiers from lower ones.
Open a Natlan route map that marks Sauroform Tribal Warriors and choose a cluster near an unlocked waypoint.
Travel to the waypoint and defeat the mapped warriors in that group.
Check the group’s enemy levels against the whistle tier you need before spending time on additional groups.
Follow the map to the next nearby tribal-region cluster and clear it; continue along its marked sequence.
Review your whistle inventory after each group, since drops are not guaranteed for every defeat.
At an alchemy bench, convert three whistles of a lower tier into one of the next tier if that fits your remaining material needs.
Use the whistles directly or their crafted higher tier in the target character or weapon upgrade.
Farming tips
The Lv. 40 and Lv. 60 thresholds determine which higher whistle tiers can drop; they do not guarantee a drop from each enemy.
Crafting lets you consolidate lower-tier surplus, but check your inventory before converting so you retain materials needed at their current tier.
Repeat, collect and use
Sauroform Tribal Warriors are repeatable field enemies and can be hunted again after the normal enemy reset. The amount and tier of whistles vary with enemy level and drops; crafting requires three lower-tier items per next-tier item.
Common mistakes
Farming below the needed level threshold: prioritize Lv. 40+ or Lv. 60+ groups for the corresponding tier.
Counting on every enemy to drop a whistle: track actual inventory and extend the route if needed.
Converting all lower-tier whistles automatically: first reserve any that the upgrade itself requires.
When to stop or switch
Stop once your inventory and any crafted tiers cover the upgrade, or when you have cleared the currently available mapped groups; repeat after enemies return if you still need materials.
