Before you go
- Choose challenge level 70 or higher for the required material tier.
- Have Original Resin to claim the Trounce Blossom.
- The weekly reward can be claimed once for this boss during each weekly cycle.
Farming steps
- Travel to False Moon Institute and enter the weekly challenge.
- Select a Lv. 70+ difficulty.
- Defeat The Doctor and finish the encounter.
- Claim the Trounce Blossom with Original Resin.
- Check which talent materials the claim awarded.
- If you receive another material from The Doctor’s drop family and own Dream Solvent, visit an alchemy bench.
- Convert that same-boss material into Madman’s Restraint if the recipe is available.
- Use the material in the relevant character talent upgrade.
- Dream Solvent conversion only works within this boss’s own talent material family.
- The drop is not guaranteed; track the weekly claim rather than expecting repeated attempts to fix it.
Repeat, collect and use
One reward claim per week for this boss; the opportunity returns at weekly reset. The fight may be repeated without another claim, but that does not yield another weekly reward.
Common mistakes
- Fighting below Lv. 70: choose the required difficulty for the target material.
- Claiming and expecting another reward from the same boss that week: plan around the single weekly claim.
- Converting a material from a different boss: use only The Doctor’s own drop family.
When to stop or switch
Stop after claiming the weekly reward and converting if useful; return after the weekly reset if more are needed.
