Before you go
- Unlock access to Fellfrost Peak and the boss arena.
- Have Original Resin for the Trounce Blossom reward claim.
- Bring a party that can complete the boss encounter.
Farming steps
- Open the map or Adventurer Handbook and navigate to Guardian Blade of Drifting Snow.
- Enter the arena and start the boss challenge.
- Defeat the boss and finish the encounter.
- Approach the Trounce Blossom after victory.
- Claim the reward using Original Resin.
- Check the inventory for Vagabond’s Cracked Armor.
- Use the material in the intended character progression menu.
- The boss is the identified source, so prioritize its weekly claim when the material is needed.
- Confirm the reward panel and material inventory after claiming; the drop is not a fixed guaranteed item.
Repeat, collect and use
Trounce rewards can be claimed once per boss each weekly cycle. The boss may be challenged again, but a second claim is unavailable until the weekly reset.
Common mistakes
- Treating the fight as a regular world boss with unlimited claims: observe the weekly limit.
- Leaving without claiming the blossom: Resin is required for the reward.
- Expecting the armor every week: weekly boss drops are variable.
When to stop or switch
Stop after the weekly claim; return after reset if the target material has not dropped and no compatible conversion is available.
