Before you go
- Reach Windrest Peak and unlock nearby waypoints if available.
- Have Original Resin for the world-boss claim.
- Bring a party able to complete the encounter.
Farming steps
- Travel to Windrest Peak, north of Dornman Port.
- Move to the circular arena beneath the waterfall.
- Start the Watcher: Fallen Vigil encounter.
- Defeat the boss and finish the fight.
- Approach the reward blossom and claim it with Original Resin.
- Check the boss material in your inventory.
- Use it in the intended character’s progression menu.
- Go beneath the waterfall to the circular arena rather than searching the surrounding peak.
- Use the material inventory after the claim to decide whether another run is needed.
Repeat, collect and use
The world boss can be fought again after respawning; each reward claim requires Resin. This is not a one-time encounter.
Common mistakes
- Searching above or around the waterfall: enter the circular arena beneath it.
- Leaving before claiming the blossom: collect the Resin reward after victory.
- Assuming a fixed material yield: inspect inventory after each run.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the target character’s required boss material is covered or when you need to reserve Resin for another boss.
