- Own applicable resource boxes or accumulated Outpost materials.
- Know the displayed leveling costs for the intended target.
Farming steps
- Open the Nikke screen and choose the unit you plan to level.
- Inspect the next level’s Credit, Battle Data, and Core Dust costs.
- Check Outpost Defense stock and the resource boxes available in inventory.
- Open a box that supplies a material currently limiting the planned level.
- Claim any accumulated Outpost resources needed to cover the remaining cost.
- Complete the level increase and reassess the next breakpoint before opening more boxes.
- Box yields and types can differ, so read the item description and result preview before confirming.
- Core Dust costs matter at level breakpoints; reserve relevant supplies for the level target you chose.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat only when you earn additional applicable boxes or Outpost stock. Boxes are consumable and limited by earned supply; they are not an endlessly repeatable activity.
Common mistakes
- Opening boxes before checking the level costs; choose a target and identify the shortfall first.
- Using the wrong box type for the current need; inspect its contents and preview before consumption.
- Spending all Core Dust on one unit without considering the team; plan the roster level investment before confirming.
When to stop or switch
Stop opening boxes when the target level is funded or the remaining shortage cannot be covered by the boxes you have; resume after new rewards arrive.
