Before you go
- Unlock Interception at Campaign Stage 3-9.
- Have daily challenges available.
- Know the class of the Nikke you plan to equip.
Farming steps
- Enter the highest unlocked Interception encounter your team can handle.
- Deal damage to reach the strongest reward stage you can reliably achieve.
- Claim the result screen’s equipment and materials.
- Open the equipment inventory and inspect each piece’s class and tier.
- Equip matching pieces to an appropriate Nikke and compare the resulting stats.
- Keep useful upgrades and assess extra pieces before consuming or replacing them.
- Equipment is class-specific, so inspect the item before assigning it to a unit.
- Manufacturer bonuses may affect whether an item is valuable; check the equipment details and unit before using upgrade resources.
Repeat, collect and use
Use Interception’s three daily challenges to collect additional gear. The drops vary, so repeat until daily attempts are spent and keep only items that support your roster.
Common mistakes
- Equipping a piece without checking class; match it to an eligible Nikke first.
- Upgrading every drop; reserve materials for gear that improves a unit you actively use.
- Expecting identical rewards each attempt; compare the actual result screen and adapt your gear plan.
When to stop or switch
Stop spending upgrade materials when the piece is outclassed or does not support a planned unit; continue daily Interception for better-fitting gear.
