Blacksmith weapon recipe for the missing material, then the Quest Counter activity that lists that item.

Weapon progression often asks for quest-specific items, but similar names and varying reward tables make guesswork wasteful. Begin with the recipe for the weapon and stage you actually plan to upgrade. Then select an activity whose possible rewards list the exact missing material, claim the results, and process the weapon once the requirement is met.

How to farm

Before you go

  • Unlock the weapon crafting or awakening stage you plan to pursue.
  • Have access to the boss or quest that awards the listed material.
  • Know the exact material name shown in the recipe.
  1. Open the weapon at the blacksmith and inspect its current recipe.
  2. Write down the exact missing material and quantity shown.
  3. Open quest reward listings and search for that specific item.
  4. Choose an eligible quest whose list includes it and that your party can clear.
  5. Complete the quest and claim the end rewards and drops.
  6. Check inventory and update your remaining shortage.
  7. Repeat the same activity while needed, then return to process the weapon.

Farming tips

  • Verify the full item name; similarly named drops may come from different bosses.
  • Possible reward listings do not guarantee a rare material on every clear.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeatable while the recipe still needs the item; availability and drop certainty depend on the listed quest.

Common mistakes

  • Farming before checking the recipe; the target can differ by weapon and stage.
  • Choosing a boss based on a similar material name; match the exact listing.
  • Stopping at the quest clear without checking drops; verify inventory before the next run.
