Before you go
- No special tool or progression gate.
- Inventory space for gathered materials.
- A Grinder only if you plan to turn Plant Fiber into Plant Slurry.
Farming steps
- Start near the first Field Station and follow a clear Grasslands path.
- Look at the ground for small Plant Fiber plants and collect them.
- Check nearby green stems and pull Sprigs one at a time.
- Continue along the path rather than searching distant areas for these common materials.
- Keep the amount needed for bandages and basic tools, and return to storage.
- If you have a Grinder and need a lure, process Plant Fiber into Plant Slurry.
- Carry slurry to the planned creature area and use it for the attraction purpose.
- Pick these materials during other central-yard errands to save travel.
- Keep some fiber for normal crafting before diverting it into slurry.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the short Grasslands sweep whenever your stock is low; process only the Plant Fiber you can spare for slurry.
Common mistakes
- Walking far for common materials: check nearby ground cover first.
- Using all Plant Fiber for slurry: reserve some for basic crafting needs.
- Expecting slurry itself to be a creature drop: make it in a Grinder from Plant Fiber.
When to stop or switch
Stop once you have enough for current tools, bandages, or a planned lure; switch to your next recipe's specific material farm.
