Memory of Chaos is a rotating 12-stage challenge in Forgotten Hall. Each stage has two enemy halves, and each half needs a separate four-character team. Stars depend on cycle thresholds, while enemies and phase effects change between phases. Read the current stage details before choosing teams, and collect rewards from stages you can clear even if the final stage is beyond your roster today.
Before you go Reach Trailblaze Level 21, complete Fleeting Lights, and clear Forgotten Hall Memory Stage 15. Have enough developed characters to form two separate four-character teams. Open Memory of Chaos and inspect the phase effect, enemies, weaknesses, and star cycle thresholds for both halves. Plan two separate teams before entry and avoid assigning a character to both. Match damage dealers to displayed weaknesses where practical; include sustain if survival is a problem. Enter the stage and use skills, Ultimates, and weakness breaks to clear within the cycle target. Review the result after both halves and claim the star milestone rewards reached. If a threshold was missed, adjust the slower half’s lineup or equipment and retry. Clear accessible lower stages and collect their rewards before spending time on a difficult final stage. Farming tips Read the phase effect before team selection; it can favor a particular approach. Spread strong characters across both halves so one side does not consume all available strength. Repeat, collect and use Star rewards recur each phase. Enemies, thresholds, and phase effects rotate; inspect the active details in game.
Common mistakes Planning only one half: prepare both distinct teams before entering. Stacking all strong units on one side: the slower half can still cost stars. Ignoring survival: add sustain if defeats are extending the fight or ending attempts. When to stop or switch Stop when remaining stars require substantial roster or gear improvements.
