WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Fresh and partially completed Echoes in the Monolith, followed by your faction interface.
Favor comes from endgame activity and fuels your chosen item faction’s systems. Make new Echoes your core route: complete their objectives, collect rewards, and spend Favor at the faction interface on an upgrade or service that supports your goal. Season 5 reduced Favor from previously attempted Echoes, so a varied sweep is more useful than a repetitive single-node loop.
Before you go Reach Monolith endgame. Choose an item faction so you have a place to spend Favor. Have a concrete faction benefit or Prophecy goal. Open an unlocked Timeline and identify uncompleted or partially completed Echoes. Choose an objective you can clear efficiently and complete it. Collect the Echo reward and track the Favor available to your character. Continue across fresh nodes rather than repeatedly entering one completed Echo. Visit your faction interface and review available Favor purchases. Spend Favor on a Prophecy, Lens, or other faction option that advances your current goal. Return to the Monolith and repeat the fresh-node sweep. Farming tips Faction ranks unlock benefits while Favor is the spendable resource; check both before planning a purchase. Circle of Fortune and Merchant’s Guild support different item paths, so spend Favor in line with your faction choice. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable as long as you continue endgame activity, but Favor earnings from previously attempted Echoes are reduced under Season 5 rules.
Common mistakes Repeating a completed Echo as the main Favor plan: prioritize fresh web nodes. Accumulating Favor without a spending target: decide which rank benefit or faction service matters next. Confusing Favor with faction rank: inspect the interface to understand progress and available purchases. When to stop or switch Stop farming Favor when you can afford the next useful faction purchase; resume when a new unlock becomes relevant.
