Before you go
- Play Season 5: Rage of the Frostborn.
- Reach Monolith Echo content.
- Be able to clear the Echo and its seasonal encounter.
Farming steps
- Enter a Monolith Timeline and choose a fresh Echo.
- Scan the Echo area for the Blood Crystal that signals a Rage of Morditas encounter.
- Approach the encounter and follow its visible objective cues.
- Defeat the enemies required by the encounter and complete its ritual or fight as presented.
- Collect any encounter rewards and check the Morditas progression state.
- Continue through fresh Monolith Echoes if the progression display indicates more activity is needed.
- Use the resulting seasonal progress toward the standard Morditas and Pinnacle route when available.
- Monolith encounters are the relevant progress route; campaign spawn placement can differ.
- Do not assume every Echo contains the encounter or that a specific spawn location is guaranteed.
Repeat, collect and use
Encounter hunting is repeatable across eligible Monolith Echoes, but individual spawns and rewards are not guaranteed. A defeated Woven Echo boss is not a repeatable reward source.
Common mistakes
- Searching only campaign maps for Monolith progression: run eligible Monolith Echoes.
- Expecting a Blood Crystal in every Echo: continue into fresh nodes if it does not appear.
- Repeating a defeated seasonal boss node for loot: progress through new encounters instead.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the seasonal progression display confirms the next Morditas step is unlocked or your current reward goal is complete.
