Where to farm
Mephistopheles resource menu, at the Enkephalin meter and module conversion control.
Enkephalin is the regenerating resource; Enkephalin Modules store it for repeatable content. Converting near the meter cap prevents regeneration from stopping during a long break. Since conversion is one-way, make only the amount you expect to use or bank.
Know which repeatable activity you plan to fund; Modules cannot be changed back into Enkephalin.
Open the resource screen and read the current Enkephalin amount and cap.
Check whether the meter is close to full and whether you will be away long enough for it to reach the cap.
Review upcoming costs for Mirror Dungeon claims, Luxcavation, or another planned activity.
Convert only the surplus you want to store, leaving enough flexibility for near-term play.
Confirm the conversion and check that the Modules appear in inventory.
Spend the stored Modules on the chosen activity when its reward fits your current account need.
Farming tips
Convert before a long break when the meter would otherwise fill; a capped meter stops regenerating.

Repeat, collect and use
Repeat whenever Enkephalin is approaching its cap or you need to bank stamina. This is a renewable conversion, not a reward farm; the amount stored depends on what you choose to convert.

Converting the whole meter without a plan: leave some Enkephalin available if you expect to play story content soon.
Assuming Modules can be converted back: treat each conversion as final and budget before confirming.
Spending the reserve on low-priority runs: set aside enough for your next limited weekly claims first.
When to stop or switch
Stop converting once you have enough stored Modules for your planned runs and the Enkephalin meter has room to regenerate.
