Where to farm
The lower area reached from the Bellroom elevator-side route using the ladder that appears in Umbral. Start from the Bellroom Vestige or a planted Seedling near the Anchor Between Realms.
The lower Bellroom route is a useful short farm once you have opened its Umbral-only ladder and set up a nearby reset point. Begin with the lesser enemies and leave the moth alone if it is likely to extend the fight by summoning more threats. Umbral improves Vigor earnings, but lingering raises danger, so treat the route as a short sweep and return to safety before it becomes difficult to control.
Reach Bellroom and access its lower route and ladder.
Use the Umbral Lamp to enter Umbral and reveal the ladder down to the lower area.
Have enough healing to clear nearby enemies and return to your reset point.
Know how to get back to the Vestige or Seedling before carrying a risky amount of Vigor.
At the Bellroom Vestige, rest or prepare at the nearby Anchor Between Realms; plant a Seedling there if you have one and want a closer reset point.
Shift into Umbral so the lower ladder becomes accessible, then descend to the enemy area.
Clear the lesser melee enemies first, then handle ranged enemies while keeping a retreat path open.
Collect Vigor as you move through the nearby group rather than chasing enemies far from the ladder.
Leave the large moth alone if its summons would make the sweep unsafe; deal with it only if your build can manage the added pressure.
Watch your healing and the rising Umbral threat. Turn back while the return route is still clear.
Return to the Seedling or Vestige, spend Vigor on a level if ready, and rest to refresh resources and reset enemies.
Farming tips
Use the nearby Seedling as a deliberate boundary for each run; do not extend the circuit merely because enemies remain farther away.
Collect drops promptly and avoid fighting with your back to the route home.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable: resting at the Vestige or Seedling resets standard enemies. Vigor gained varies, and the route’s Umbral bonus comes with escalating danger.
Common mistakes
Trying the ladder in Axiom: enter Umbral to reveal and use it.
Fighting every enemy, including the moth and reinforcements, regardless of readiness: clear the lesser group and retreat if pressure rises.
Staying until healing is gone: return earlier so the Vigor you have collected is less exposed.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the reset route is no longer safe, you have enough for the planned level or purchase, or the Umbral threat begins to overwhelm your build.
