WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Tech Duinn Geata in eastern Sen Mag, or the Geata at Scuabtuinne after its Generation 23 access quest.
Tech Duinn’s Geata offers four named missions—Feth Fiada, Revived Illusion, Seven Nightmares, and Awakened Abyssal Lord—with Normal and Hard options. Use the mission that suits the group’s current combat goal and readiness. The New Rise redesign removed weekly mission entry limits, but that does not mean every chest can yield tradeable loot: Neartite is relevant to that reward eligibility. Finish the unlock, travel to the Geata, clear the chosen mission, then decide whether a Neartite chest opening fits the value of the run.
Unlock Tech Duinn through Generation 22 and its access quest.
Choose a mission and difficulty the character or party can handle.
For Hard, obtain the dedicated Hard entry pass required by the selected entry.
Neartite if pursuing the tradeable reward chance from a chest.
Travel to the Tech Duinn Geata in Sen Mag, or use the Scuabtuinne Geata if it has been unlocked.
Review the four mission names and select the one matching the party’s objective.
Choose Normal or Hard based on readiness; check the entry requirements before confirming.
Complete the mission, keeping the party alert for aggressive enemies and mission-specific encounters.
At the end, claim the ordinary mission rewards available for the clear.
If pursuing tradeable loot, use Neartite when opening a chest that offers that reward eligibility.
Record useful rewards and choose the next mission based on what remains to be earned.
Farming tips
Tech Duinn missions allow up to four players; agree on mission and difficulty before entry.
Neartite’s tradeable-reward role is separate from the repeatable mission clear, so reserve it for a chest whose reward pool is worth pursuing.
Repeat, collect and use
Missions are repeatable without a weekly entry limit under the redesign. Tradeable reward eligibility is separately gated by Neartite and is not guaranteed.
Common mistakes
Assuming unlimited entries also means unlimited tradeable loot chances; Neartite governs that separate eligibility.
Picking Hard without checking the pass requirement; secure the appropriate pass before entry.
Treating all missions as the same encounter; choose from the four named options for the party’s goal.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the mission rewards or combat practice meet the current goal, or switch mission/difficulty if the chosen encounter no longer fits the party.
