Before you go
- Unlock Artian weapons and have an eligible Rarity 8 Artian weapon.
- Unlock access to the Gogmazios hunt.
- Have the Gogmazios materials currently displayed as required by the Smithy.
Farming steps
- At the Smithy, inspect an eligible Rarity 8 Artian weapon and its upgrade requirements.
- Note the exact Gogmazios materials still missing.
- Review the Gogmazios quest listing and its conditions.
- Complete the hunt and collect awarded materials; target useful breaks when practical.
- Return to the Smithy and confirm the required materials are in inventory.
- Select the eligible weapon and apply the Gogma Artian upgrade.
- Review its assigned skills and decide whether the result suits your build.
- The set-bonus and group skills are random; hunts do not produce a chosen roll.
- Check the Smithy recipe again before a hunt because it shows your current material bottleneck.
Repeat, collect and use
Weapon upgrades are crafting actions. Gogmazios hunts can be repeated for more materials; check the recipe before upgrading another weapon.
Common mistakes
- Bringing an ineligible weapon; confirm the Rarity 8 requirement in the Smithy.
- Assuming you can choose the upgrade skills; the update describes random assignments.
- Hunting without checking the recipe; identify the missing material first.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the resulting weapon suits your build or you no longer want to spend Gogmazios materials on another upgrade.
