Before you go
- Reach the Hunter Rank shown by the quest listing.
- Unlock the relevant event or special environment quest.
- Prepare weapon, armor, resistance, and items for the selected monster.
Farming steps
- Open Event Quests and review currently listed 10-star Arch-Tempered hunts.
- Read the selected quest’s conditions and reward details.
- Choose a target whose rewards support a specific equipment or collection goal.
- Equip defense and resistance suited to that monster’s attacks.
- Restock healing and other items your loadout relies on.
- Complete the hunt, prioritizing survival and safe openings.
- Inspect the results and use eligible rewards for the crafting or collection goal.
- The February 2026 update introduced these high-difficulty hunts; confirm current listings in game.
- Keep separate loadouts for different monsters so resistance and skills are ready before departure.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat while the quest is available and its displayed rewards advance your goal. Check the current board for availability and details.
Common mistakes
- Assuming all 10-star hunts share the same rewards; inspect each listing.
- Taking an unchanged build into a clear elemental threat; prepare for the chosen target.
- Continuing a hunt after its reward stops matching your bottleneck; switch to a more useful listing.
When to stop or switch
