Where to farm
Monoliths of Madness campaign rewards and its event store interface.
Shards of Madness advance the campaign reward track, while the event interface lists available milestone rewards and store items. Complete activities that grant Shards, inspect current costs in game, and claim or purchase only after checking the reward you actually want.
Access to current event activities that award Shards.
An available milestone or store item shown in the interface.
Open the event campaign page and inspect the current milestone track and store.
Choose an available reward goal and note its displayed requirement or cost.
Complete a daily or weekly challenge, altar purification, or another event objective that awards Shards.
Collect the credited Shards and check campaign progress.
Claim a milestone reward once the interface marks it available.
If spending through the event store, select the desired listed item and verify the current price.
Confirm the item appears in inventory or the appropriate reward location.

Costs and inventories can change; rely on the live interface rather than remembered prices.
The Shard total advances campaign progress, so check both milestone claims and store options.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat Shard earning while the campaign and its activities remain available. Individual milestones or store purchases are limited by their displayed availability and currency cost.
Common mistakes
Assuming a milestone is automatically claimed: use the claim control when available.
Spending without checking the item or cost: inspect the current listing first.
Treating Shards as a guaranteed direct purchase currency for every reward: follow the interface’s stated method.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have claimed the target milestone or purchased the desired listed item, then return to challenges only for another goal.
