Dahut and her Palatine Guards form the second major Isle of Night encounter. The fight requires the raid to manage the guards before handling Dahut and the encounter’s changing pressure. A successful clear advances the raid and grants an encounter reward; use the current in-game reward display for specific item goals rather than treating any single item as certain.

How to farm

Before you go

  • Unlock Isle of Night by completing the Nighthaven story and Season 10 introduction missions.
  • Join a coordinated raid capable of progressing past Twin Jesters.
  • Assign clear target and positioning calls before engaging the guards.
  1. Progress through Isle of Night and regroup before entering Dahut’s arena.
  2. Listen for the raid leader’s division of players between guard control and damage duties.
  3. Bring the guards to the encounter’s inactive threshold as the group executes its agreed focus plan.
  4. Repeat the guard control sequence when the encounter reactivates enemies, keeping calls clear and targets deliberate.
  5. After the guards are handled, shift to Dahut while responding to floor hazards and movement changes.
  6. Claim the second encounter’s reward and compare it with current set or material goals.
  7. Continue to Commander Thorpe only if the group has resources and intends a full clear.

Farming tips

  • Use short, specific target calls so the raid does not scatter damage across the guards without a plan.
  • Keep the encounter’s floor hazards in view while maintaining assigned duties; avoid tunneling on damage.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeatable as part of Isle of Night runs, subject to current raid reward rules. Individual items are not guaranteed.

Common mistakes

  • Having everyone attack different guards without coordination: follow the assigned focus sequence.
  • Ignoring hazards while chasing Dahut: reposition when the floor or encounter demands it.
  • Expecting a particular cosmetic or set piece every clear: use the live reward pool and regard drops as variable.

When to stop or switch

Stop after the encounter if your goal is its reward or the group is depleted; continue only when the team agrees it can safely progress.
