Before you go
- A Sickle that meets the target plant’s tier requirement.
- Access to a Forest realm.
- Inventory room for fibre and any flowers you intend to keep.
Farming steps
- Check the recipes you plan to craft and identify the fibre type or tier they require.
- Open an accessible Forest realm and orient yourself on the map before leaving the portal area.
- Follow surface paths with dense foliage, scanning for fibre-bearing plants rather than harvesting every plant.
- Use the Sickle on suitable targets and collect the fibre drops.
- Check the material tier and stop harvesting plants that do not meet your recipe need.
- Return to the portal when you have enough stock or your inventory is filling.
- At the estate, use the fibre in its recipe or store it by type for a later crafting batch.
- Forest foliage can be denser than other biomes, but fibre types vary across Forest, Swamp, and Desert realms.
- Bring a higher-tier Sickle only when your target plant requires it; check the plant before committing to a long route.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat in another area or realm when stock runs low. Plants generally do not respawn automatically, so look for unharvested growth or a reset before expecting the same patches to refill.
Common mistakes
- Gathering the wrong fibre tier: compare the item name with the recipe before continuing.
- Using a tool that cannot harvest the plant: check its requirement and upgrade the Sickle if needed.
- Harvesting indiscriminately: leave unrelated plants when the target inventory is full.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the recipe batch and reserve are covered; change biome if the remaining fibre need is a type better supported elsewhere.
