Farm Nuppeppo for Iron Fists of Nio Smithing Text
The short Shrine-to-boss route in The Rotting Temple lets you make repeated attempts at Nuppeppo’s Iron Fists of Nio text.
WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Farm Nuppeppo for Iron Fists of Nio Smithing Text
The Rotting Temple mission; the Shrine in the room before the Nuppeppo boss.
Before you go
- Unlock The Rotting Temple and reach its pre-boss Shrine.
- Confirm Iron Fists of Nio is missing in the Blacksmith Forge.
- Use Item Drop Rate effects if available.
Farming steps
- Travel to The Rotting Temple and activate the Shrine before Nuppeppo’s room.
- Enter the boss arena and defeat Nuppeppo.
- Check the mission rewards and drops for Iron Fists of Nio Smithing Text.
- If the text is absent, return to the mission selection or use the available mission reset route.
- Repeat from the nearby Shrine and defeat Nuppeppo again.
- After the text appears, return to the Eternal Rift and confirm Iron Fists of Nio is forgeable.
- Collect the materials and Gold shown in the Forge if you want to craft it.
- The nearby Shrine shortens the repeat trip; Nuppeppo’s text is not guaranteed each attempt.
- Item Drop Rate is the relevant preparation for Smithing Text hunting.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the mission’s Shrine-to-boss encounter until the text drops. The text is a one-time recipe unlock, not a repeatable reward once obtained.
Common mistakes
- Assuming each defeat grants the text: check the reward and continue only if still missing.
- Continuing after the Forge shows the recipe: switch to material collection.
- Using a distant mission route when the pre-boss Shrine is unlocked: start from the nearby Shrine.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the Forge shows the Iron Fists of Nio recipe. If the route is too slow for your current build, switch to another source only if the target’s recorded source supports it.
