Where to farm

The Fractured Archive boss rush, from the Archive Guardian through selected branches to Ocellus.

Each Archive run has a fixed opener and finale, plus three choices between paired branch fights. Choose fights that suit your team’s gear and mechanics it can handle consistently. The pairs are designed to offer comparable difficulty and contribution, so a dependable route is a practical starting point.

How to farm

Before you go

  • Completion of While Guthix Sleeps and access to the raid staging area.
  • A team ready to discuss encounter roles and branch choices before entering.
  • Combat switches and supplies appropriate to the fights selected.
  1. At the staging area, confirm party size and who can handle each encounter role.
  2. Review the branch pairs: Bork or Ezekiel, Dreadnoth or Moia, and Xarth or the Dagon’hai Trio.
  3. Choose each fight to match your gear, preferred combat styles and mechanics your team understands.
  4. Defeat the Archive Guardian, then follow the agreed choices through the boss rush.
  5. Adjust the resupply plan to the team’s remaining health and supplies before the finale.
  6. Finish with Ocellus and note which choices caused trouble or saved supplies.

Farming tips

  • The branch pairings are known in advance, so plan before entering rather than scouting a random layout.
  • Learn one dependable route first, then try alternatives when your team has time and supplies.

Repeat, collect and use

Make branch choices on each repeat raid; no route guarantees a particular unique reward.

Common mistakes

  • Changing branches without telling the party; agree on choices before entry.
  • Choosing based on a presumed reward advantage; the available facts establish comparable contributions, not a guaranteed bonus.
  • Overloading a small team with roles; select encounters the players present can manage.

When to stop or switch

Switch branches or pause route practice if one option repeatedly causes wipes or consumes supplies needed for the finale.
