Farming Guild Contract Seed Packs
The Farming Guild in Great Kourend: take contracts from the guild’s contract board and grow the requested crop at its assigned patch.
Before you go
- Farming level and access sufficient to enter the Farming Guild and take a contract.
- Access to the patch type named by the assigned crop.
- Seeds for the requested crop, plus a spade and seed dibber for planting.
- Compost and travel items suited to the patch you plan to use.
Farming steps
- Check the contract board and note the requested crop and patch type before accepting the task.
- Confirm that you can reach the patch and have the required seed; gather supplies before leaving the guild.
- Travel to the assigned patch, clear it if needed, and plant the contract crop.
- Tend the crop through its growth cycle, returning when necessary until it is ready to harvest.
- Harvest the requested crop and return to the Farming Guild.
- Report the completed task as directed and collect the reward pack.
- Review the seeds you received, keep useful ones for future planting, then take another contract if you want to continue.
- Check patch access before accepting or committing to a contract, especially when its destination has a quest or other unlock requirement.
- Leave inventory room for harvested crops and the reward pack; store seeds you do not plan to use soon.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat by taking another available contract, growing its requested crop, and claiming its reward pack. Contracts are repeatable; seed-pack contents vary, so no particular seed is guaranteed.
Common mistakes
- Accepting a crop request without checking access to its patch; verify the destination and unlocks first.
- Planting without the required seed or tools; prepare for the assigned crop before travelling.
- Treating the pack as a guaranteed source of a particular seed; assess each reward and choose the next contract based on what you still need.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have collected enough useful seeds for your planned Farming runs, or when the available contract requires access or supplies you do not have. Resume after restocking or unlocking the needed patch.
