Before you go
- Have captured Logging Beaver and a valid securement unit.
- Build a Logging Platform separate from the Mining Operation Platform.
- Provide platform power and meet its displayed operating conditions.
Farming steps
- Place the Logging Platform in territory and supply its required power.
- Assign Logging Beaver through its securement unit as the territory worker for lumber gathering.
- Open the platform controls and check the currently available output or work status.
- Correct any displayed power or assignment issue before leaving the base.
- Return later and collect available wood from the Logging Platform output.
- Use the wood for construction or crafting, and leave the platform running if more stock is needed.
- Keep the lumber and mining platforms distinct so each deviation’s assigned work is clear.
- Check the current platform panel after updates instead of assuming the same output settings persist.
Repeat, collect and use
Keep the platform operating and collect its stored wood on later visits; output continues only while its listed conditions are met.
Common mistakes
- Trying to use the mining platform for lumber: build the separate Logging Platform.
- Assuming assignment alone means the platform is working: check power and displayed work status.
- Searching the deviation unit for all output: inspect the platform inventory or interface.
