WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Varmundt Biosphere Deep Abyss, reached through the hidden Chess Garden area in Varmundt Mansion.
Deep Abyss is an endgame research hunt for characters who have both the required level and sufficient Deep Level 1 reputation. Its daily research activities produce Abyss Runes and Rune Crown materials, with rune items used in enchantment and crafting services. Treat the manager's available research and your actual material needs as the target; this guide does not assume a particular drop rate.
At least 2,000 Varmundt Biosphere Deep Level 1 reputation.
Complete any current Abyss access guidance from the mansion research staff.
Prepare equipment and consumables for the Deep Abyss monsters.
Check your Deep Level 1 reputation and confirm the Abyss gate is available.
Enter the Chess Garden through Varmundt Mansion and locate the upper-corner Abyss entrance.
Accept the available Abyss research hunt before leaving the entry area.
Hunt the mutated monsters named for the assignment.
Collect Abyss Magic Runes or Rune Ore that match your planned upgrade.
Return to the Enchant Master or Sample Refiner and review the eligible services before spending materials.
Farming tips
Movement items and movement abilities are disabled in the deep zone; plan your route and supplies in advance.
Keep runes and Rune Ore reserved for a specific enchant or crafting requirement instead of converting them immediately.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the available daily Abyss research and collect materials over time; rune acquisition is an ongoing farm.
Common mistakes
Attempting entry below the reputation gate; build Deep Level 1 reputation first.
Relying on teleport or movement skills inside; they are disabled in the zone.
Treating all rune materials as interchangeable; check the service NPC's requirements before using them.
When to stop or switch
Stop the Abyss hunt when you have the runes or Rune Crown materials needed for your next planned service, or switch to reputation farming if access or research progress is the bottleneck.
