WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
After defeating the boss in the regular Shatters, check for a Legacy Shatters portal. Its appearance is not guaranteed.
The regular Shatters boss can be followed by a Legacy Shatters portal, but that portal is not listed among the guaranteed legacy spawns. Treat it as a possible continuation of an already difficult dungeon, not as an assured reward for every clear. If it appears, check your character’s condition before committing to the separate legacy encounter. The legacy route has its own loot, and completing the regular Shatters does not guarantee a particular item.
Be prepared to enter and clear the regular Shatters.
Bring a character and equipment suitable for a high-difficulty dungeon with permanent-death risk.
Keep enough health and supplies to decide safely whether to enter a second dungeon.
Enter the regular Shatters and follow its route to the boss.
Defeat the regular boss, then check whether a Legacy Shatters portal has appeared.
If no portal appears, finish the run and do not count the legacy route as completed.
If a portal appears, assess your health, equipment, and remaining supplies before entering.
Enter only if your character is ready for another difficult encounter.
Follow the legacy dungeon’s route and respond to the mechanics presented in its rooms and boss fight.
After completing it, collect the actual drops and any applicable exaltation progress, then exit safely.
Farming tips
Portal appearance and item drops are separate chances; neither should be treated as guaranteed.
Decide before the run how much health and supplies you need for a continuation, and skip the portal if the regular clear leaves you depleted.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the regular Shatters when you still need the legacy route or its rewards. The legacy portal is not guaranteed after a regular boss clear, and individual loot is not guaranteed either.
Common mistakes
Expecting a portal every time; check after the boss and treat each appearance as uncertain.
Entering with too little health because a portal appeared; skip it when your character is not ready.
Planning around a specific drop; collect what actually appears and repeat only while the target remains useful.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you obtain the desired legacy item or finish the relevant exaltation objective. End the run sooner if your character is not safe to continue, and switch to a more suitable progression farm if repeated Shatters attempts are too risky.
