Before you go
- Find or enter regular Woodland Labyrinth.
- Be prepared to reach and defeat its boss.
- Keep enough health and supplies to continue if the legacy portal appears.
Farming steps
- Enter regular Woodland Labyrinth and clear the route to its boss.
- Defeat the regular boss and check the post-boss area for a legacy portal.
- If the portal is absent, collect the regular rewards and decide whether to seek another run.
- If it appears, assess your character’s health before entering the legacy version.
- Complete the legacy route according to its encounter mechanics.
- Defeat its boss and inspect the actual older loot pool for your target.
- Exit safely and note whether another regular clear still fits your goal.
- The 50% portal chance is not a promise per run; avoid budgeting a specific number of clears for access.
- If you only want regular dungeon rewards, the legacy continuation is optional.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the regular boss clear while you want another portal roll. The 50% chance is per opportunity, and neither the portal nor a particular legacy item is assured on every attempt.
Common mistakes
- Expecting every boss kill to open the portal; check the post-boss area and plan for a failed roll.
- Entering without enough health for another dungeon; use the safe exit if you are depleted.
- Farming legacy without a defined target; identify the item or reward first and stop when it is acquired.
When to stop or switch
Stop after the legacy target drops, your character cannot safely continue, or the older loot pool no longer meets your needs. Switch to the regular dungeon or another farm as appropriate.
