WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
World-boss encounters on Earth, Rhom, Corsus, or Yaesha in Campaign or Adventure Mode.
A world boss run is most productive when tied to a specific recipe. Identify the material needed at Ward 13, then pursue the boss in its world and resolve the fight in the way that awards that material. Some bosses have alternate reward conditions, so a victory alone does not guarantee the item you are targeting.
Identify the target boss material and the related McCabe recipe.
Reach the appropriate world through Campaign or Adventure Mode.
Bring gear appropriate for the encounter and its required kill condition.
At Ward 13, check the crafting menu and choose the boss item you want.
Note the material named in that recipe and whether the reward is alternate-condition dependent.
Travel through the corresponding world or roll it in Adventure Mode.
Search the generated areas until the boss encounter is found.
Complete the normal or alternate condition needed for the chosen material.
Collect the boss reward and return to Ward 13.
Craft the weapon or mod at McCabe if you have the additional costs.
Farming tips
A fresh Adventure roll changes encounters and layouts; missing a boss in one roll is not a failed farm.
Reserve Lumenite and Scrap for crafting after the boss material is secured.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat by rolling or replaying the relevant world for another boss encounter when available. Randomized Adventure layouts mean the search may take multiple rolls.
Common mistakes
Targeting a boss without checking its recipe: decide the needed material first.
Using a normal kill for an alternate reward: satisfy the boss-specific condition before finishing the fight.
Confusing boss material with a finished item: return to McCabe and pay the remaining recipe costs.
When to stop or switch
Stop once you have the material and have crafted the intended reward; move to another world or recipe if the target is complete.
