WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Campaign and Adventure areas, including the cited Corsus and Yaesha exploration routes; spend points through the character trait menu.
Earn XP by completing objectives and defeating enemies, then spend Trait Points on traits that fit your character. Search each explored area for glowing Tomes of Knowledge, which grant additional trait progression. This route works naturally alongside story or Adventure exploration; it does not depend on a single fixed spawn route.
Unlock the trait menu through campaign progression.
Have areas available to explore and enemies or objectives to complete.
Decide which traits support your current weapon and survival needs.
Enter a Campaign or Adventure area that you are already progressing through.
Clear enemy groups and complete objectives to gain XP.
Check side paths and rooms for a glowing Tome of Knowledge.
Collect each Tome you find before leaving the area.
Open the trait menu and review the available Trait Points.
Spend points on traits that improve your current build or address a weakness.
Continue to the next area, repeating the XP and Tome search as you progress.
Farming tips
Elder Knowledge and Sagestone can add XP bonuses when available to your character.
Story progression provides varied objectives while you earn XP; do not skip useful exploration solely to grind enemies.
Repeat, collect and use
XP accumulation is repeatable through play, while Tome locations depend on randomized areas and are collected when encountered; continue exploring for more opportunities.
Common mistakes
Leaving a Tome behind: scan side spaces before exiting an area.
Spending points without considering your build: prioritize traits that help the gear you use.
Expecting a Tome in every area: use ordinary XP from combat and objectives as the continuing source.
When to stop or switch
Stop focused trait farming once the next planned trait investment is reached; return to normal progression and gather more XP naturally.
