World areas across planets for the material; Root Mother’s service in Ward 13 for the Dragon Heart upgrade.
Before you go
- Rescue the Root Mother and unlock her Ward 13 upgrade service.
- Have a Dragon Heart to improve.
- Be prepared to explore randomized planet areas or reroll a world.
Farming steps
- Choose the planet or world you want to search and enter its Campaign route.
- Explore its available areas thoroughly, checking side paths and spaces encountered on the route.
- Collect Simulacrum if you find the spawn, then return to Ward 13.
- Speak to the Root Mother and check the Dragon Heart upgrade cost.
- Spend the Simulacrum to increase the Dragon Heart’s charges when the displayed requirement is met.
- If the current world has been searched without success, consider an Earth Campaign reroll or another planet’s remaining spawn.
- Repeat the search only where an uncollected spawn may still exist.
- The material is reported as a limited spawn per planet per playthrough; do not expect every reroll to create another one on that planet.
- Ace may offer a purchase, but check her inventory rather than counting on it.
Repeat, collect and use
This is a limited collection per planet in a playthrough, not an unlimited farming loop. New Campaign progression or a vendor listing can provide another opportunity.
Common mistakes
- Searching the same cleared areas expecting repeated drops: track which planets have already been searched.
- Keeping the material unused: the Root Mother applies it to Dragon Heart progression.
- Assuming each Adventure roll guarantees a new Simulacrum: treat the spawn as limited and verify the current world.
When to stop or switch
Stop after applying the Simulacrum to the Dragon Heart or after exhausting the currently available planet searches; switch to other progression goals.
